Teresa Edgar - Owner
Teresa has many years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) industry. Her career in IT started in 1995 at Crown Isle in the Research and Development division. There she helped with the beta testing of a new software program for real estate which was used to sell Crown Isle properties. After moving to Vancouver in 1997 she became the Database Manager for the Special Publications division of the Business in Vancouver Media Group. She also provided Desktop Support for the sales representatives in various departments until 2003 when she became the Systems Administrator. In 2006 she continued as a Regional Implementation Specialist with Kodak Graphic Communications Group in Burnaby, BC where she got a taste of the project management side of IT. Most recently she helped with a province-wide rollout of Windows Vista in 2008.
Upon Teresa’s return to the Comox Valley in April 2009 she saw a need for quality Technology Consultants and DialedIn Technology Solutions was born.
